20 years ago, the government releases a virus that will make people forget about love. But the virus they release is not yet complete that it became epidemic and cause people to die.
The world crumbles because of that. But there’s only one city left standing. It is located on a small island in the Philippines and they call it Philophobia City.

Philophobia City is a place where people believe that love is the root of all evil. It can make you do evil things. Love can make you do anything for love, even if you know that it will destroy you in the end. . .
